Want to be included in my next letter?
If you have a literary announcement (call for submissions, workshop announcement, etc.), please list out the main details of your announcement (name, date, time, place) and submit a paragraph description—including relevant links—to my assistant, Jen, at email@example.com.
If you are a student or former student of mine with good news about your work (publication, prizes, etc.), please submit your 2-3 sentence announcement—with relevant links—to my assistant, Jen, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Students should include a brief note to Jen about which workshop or class you have been—or are—in.
Please do not submit flyers or include Jen’s address in mass emails, as they may be treated as spam by her email provider and accidentally blocked. My policy is to include the same announcement no more than once within a six month period.
